Come in and speak with one of our image experts and POP-BOOM-POW your brand stands out and it looks magnificent on everyone.

We have the brands, we have the styles, and we have the technology to make your brand look amazing everywhere.

One way we make your experience awesome is that we are outcome driven and we are decoration agnostic. Meaning we can make your custom clothing different ways so it is unique to your brand. More importantly, we want to make it, so it achieves your outcome within your budget and timeline.

Decoration options we offer:

SCREEN PRINT: this is classic, super durable, wears excellent, nice hand feel, and is cost efficient for larger runs. You likely have multiple shirts decorated this way in your closet today.

DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG): this is a pretty slick digital decoration method, we can print full color, high resolution directly on to the shirt in as little as 30 seconds. Works best on cottons, smaller runs and has really punchy graphics and colors.

DIRECT TO FILM (DTF): this is the latest and greatest digital transfer technique that is becoming very popular. It provides complex full color graphics, really soft and excellent hand feel. This is very durable on cottons, polyesters, and it can even can be applied at low temperatures. This ain’t no old school transfer. This is pretty versatile high tech stuff that feels super smooth, wears amazing, and is cost efficient in small to medium runs (from 1 to 750 pieces)

CAD-CUT or Print & Cut: This is an older digital technique that can still be popular in small runs, often used in single color consumer applications or for special effects like glitter or flock. It can have a heavy hand feel, sometimes plasticky, it is best used for small applications like left chest placement or maybe shoulder of bottom of the garment decoration

EMBROIDERY: Another classic decoration that provides a professional, elegant high end look and feel. This technique uses a fancy embroidery machine that sews artwork directly on the garment. We need to do some magic here and transform your atwork, so it tells the machine what to do like when to cut and trim thread or change colors. The downside is that small fonts or tiny details can look fuzzy. It is most often used on outerwear, polos, dress shirts, and hats. We don’t judge you here, it can go on t-shirts too if you want. While this is a more expensive way to decorate, it really makes your brand look spectacular.

PATCHES and EMBLEMS: Another classic option that offers lots of variability from embroidery to engraved leather, to combinations of Embroidery+DTF together. These are most often used on hats, outerwear, workwear and bags/duffles where flexibility is an important consideration. This is a mid-range to high end option for quantities as low as 25 pieces to thousands.

DYE SUBLIMATION: This is most popular with leagues and sports teams. It allows for completely custom styled decoration on polyester fabrics in full 360 degrees. Imagine you have a team called the Knights and your shirts are printed to look like full suits of armour, complete with names and numbers on the back. This is a completely custom option that is a cut-n-sew solution. This is not the cheapest option but man it’s cool and it is geared for larger runs starting at about 50 pieces. When it comes down to it, engage with us on what is the best way to make your brand and gear look spectacular.

Frequently Asked Questions

Digitizing for embroidery is the process of creating a digital file that guides an embroidery machine to stitch out a specific design. This process involves converting artwork or a design into a format that the embroidery machine can read and follow. This allows for your design to be embroidered as it was intended to look.

The timeline for your order varies depending on its specifics and type. Each order is custom-made, so several factors can influence timing. Our typical turnaround time is 5 to 10 business days from final artwork approval and payment. Some items have longer transit times to get to our centers that will add to the overall production time.

That depends. We have about 300 different polos to pick from. Then it depends on how it is to be decorated, how many locations, and when you need it. It also depends on how complex the artwork is. So, while it may seem simple, there are plenty of technical factors that go into the pricing, and because each order is unique and bespoke, everything is always a bit different.

That depends. We have a ridiculous number of T-shirts to pick from. There is basic combed cotton, 50/50 blends, tri-blends, moisture wicking, raglans, racerbacks, tanks, long or short sleeve, made in USA, CANADA, MEXICO or elsewhere. The quantity, decoration method, number of locations, colors, and date needed, can all affect the price. You can request a quote from our centers to get your customized price.

You may, but understand you are doing so at your own risk. There are machines at work, and sometimes mistakes can happen, or equipment can ruin garments. Our stores are not responsible for customer-supplied garments. It is also highly advised to allow for a 3-5% spoilage allowance so that if something does happen, you are reasonably covered. Our centers sell garments, and when you purchase your apparel from us, if our machines wreck something or we make a mistake, we simply replace it, and you don’t see the difference. Often, it’s not any more expensive buying them directly from us, and it is certainly less headache for you.

Bringing in your own garments can also involve an additional charge.

Printing artwork, lyrics, or photos of a band (or anything else not in the public domain) can potentially violate copyright laws, depending on how you use them. The safe answer is that we can’t print anything that is not owned by you, under the public domain, or that you don’t have permission to reproduce. You can’t legally use someone else’s intellectual property without getting permission. Any reproduction of copyrighted material is considered a violation.

Afraid not. To properly make you a shirt or any kind of item, you need to have a license to be able to reproduce the item or to put that organization’s logo onto something. Without the end user having a license or a letter from the company, we are not allowed to simply create an item and sell it to you. That is considered copyright infringement and can result in a lawsuit.

Screen Print has existed for centuries, but the process is fundamentally the same. Ink is pressed through a mesh screen onto a shirt. The way it is done is that each color needs to be printed individually on the product. Then it is cured in a dryer, and you have a ready to go garment. Screen printing is the most cost-effective method for larger production jobs.

Direct to Garment (DTG) is a newer digital technology. A water-based ink is printed directly on the garment. Think of it as an inkjet printer that prints t-shirts. Instead of paper, shirts are fed into a digital printer, which prints a full-color, high-resolution print with tremendous detail in a few minutes. This is digital technology that works best on 100% cotton and up to 50/50 cotton/poly blend. DTG uses 85% less water and energy to print and is ideally suited for complex full-color art and smaller quantity production.

Direct to Film (DTF) is the newest digital heat transfer technology. It is a bit of a hybrid from DTG, and Screen Print, and uses inkjet technology. It is printed on a clear film. It can print full-color high-resolution art like DTG, but there is no special pre-treatment needed for the garment, and there is no weeding of the material needed, making it infinitely simpler and more efficient to use. DTF transfers are extremely versatile. They can be applied to all types of garments, including polyesters, non-woven recyclable products, and at low temperatures. DTF is growing rapidly; it holds up well in the laundry, it’s comfortable, it’s a very high-quality imprint, and it is cost-efficient in small and medium-run production.

Sure can. Best to bring them all in at once, though, so we can best serve you.

What is that sound? It sounds like angels singing. Education is our #1 market. So, speak with an Image Expert at one of our centers. We understand what you are going through there, and we can help you with a custom-branded online store. An online store removes the need for the school or teacher to handle money and risk losing things. We can help make it easier for the school to buy or raise money, and it is easy for the parents/kids to simply go to the store, order, and have everything tracked so nothing is lost, and the teachers and school do not have to handle all the cash. We can make that process and branding easier for everyone!

While some tools are convenient for designing online, they don’t always produce files with the resolution needed for high-quality printing. These files are often low-resolution and may contain visual artifacts that aren’t noticeable on social media or in small digital formats. However, when scaled up for items like T-shirts, banners, or signage, these imperfections become highly visible.

To achieve the best results, we recommend having your design recreated in a high-resolution format suitable for printing. This ensures your final product looks professional and crisp, even at larger sizes. If you are unsure if your file will work or not, please speak with one of our Image Experts.
