When it comes to helping clients drive a branding outcome, we really like to help our clients do it with intention and be impactful in their efforts. Often the tactical aspects of coming to market over often overlooked or thought of as a secondary effort in their branding.

Here on our side of the house it all comes down to execution. The best strategy does nothing if it is not executed properly. Saving a few bucks doesn’t matter if it shows up late for your event.

Because we are a single source provider, when you work with us you can be confident you will have complete logo integrity. That means your logo and colors look the same if it is on a golf ball, shirt, window or a trailer.

So come engage with an image expert and just see if we can help you with those odd print jobs.

Maybe you need custom NCR forms, rolls of labels, business cards, and brochures, there are lots of ways to communicate with Ink and paper. Perhaps its 360 degree full color printing on stainless tumblers, or heavy weight championship belts for awards. From power banks, speakers, and bobbleheads to fabric posters, banners and flags to painted edge cards with raise spot UV, we provide this variety so your brand can look amazing and execute your brand strategy and brand promise to your clients.

Use Cases

BUSINESS DEVELOMENT: It’s important in branding and marketing to be able to communicate with your clients where they are. Whether a tradeshow, networking event, or just creating awareness through advertising, your message needs to be delivered in a way the client will absorb the message. Maybe you are a restaurant owner or retailer communicating a sale or offering bounce back coupons with direct mail. Perhaps a contractor exhibiting at a home or trade show, you need materials to communicate with prospects and hand out to drive new leads. How you use print and promo to drive business development and attract new clients is important.

ADVANCE EXISTING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: So often customers migrate from their current provider, not because they offered poor service, in fact most of the time clients migrate because they simply don’t feel valued for the money they spend. So sending a thank you card or sending them a sample so they can try a new product or service before they realize they need it is an awesome way to make your clients feel wanted and important. It’s way more cost efficient to market to and grow your business from an existing client than to always have to find a new one.

BRAND AWARENESS: If your business mostly comes from a local market, custom printed solutions like banners, window graphics, coupons, and branded vehicles really drive local market awareness to draw attention to your business, non-profit or community event. The reason it works is because it is temporary. When images are temporary, and they change regularly, people notice the change. When it is always constant the imagery blends in and just becomes noise. When the image changes because it is temporary it creates awareness. A big reason major retailers have different sales and signage every week is that it creates changes in perception and gives people more reason to come back. Not that every business needs to change that often but regularly scheduled changes drive awareness and get noticed. It drives an outcome of more people coming to the retailer.

IMPROVE EMPLOYEE MORALE and LOYALTY

Let’s face facts, people like getting presents. When you properly place custom branded promotional items as giveaways for your team it can serve to build loyalty, recognize employees for job well done and improve over all morale and performance of your staff, and incentivize behavior congruent with your company culture.

JUST FOR FUN BECAUSE THEY CAN BE SUPER COOL

Sometimes it is just for the fun of it. You see something really neat that you have not seen before and say wow that’s cool. If you can stick a logo on it just hand it out it creates an infectious energy. Life and work do not need to be serious all the time, take some time to have some fun and just be silly. Sometime the silly and simple can be more effective because it is just useful, great quality and looks and feels amazing in your hand, and it gets people buzzing, and before you know it things just take off because it breaks the ice and tension.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can view many of our products here. We are e-commerce enabled, but they are primarily used to build custom web stores for our clients. Given the breadth of products we offer, they don’t all play well together in a webstore format. Apparel works well; Promo products work well; custom signage not very well; and tradeshow displays and exhibits, not so much. They can work well individually but not well together. Trying to put over 1,000,000 customizable products all together results in brain damage for you and for us.

We feel everyone is best served with their own custom webstore that can be managed well once we have your brand’s assortment figured out, then we can build a custom store to make it easy for fulfillment and ordering.

Sure. It may not be economically viable, but it can be done. We may want to recommend a minimum of 250 for a product like this, but it’s not up to us to judge how you spend your money. We are here to help you.

Vector graphics are required for many of our processes and preferred for others. These include PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and CDR files. If your artwork includes fonts, the fonts should be embedded so that we can adequately reproduce them. (If you’re unsure what that means, please contact us). Ideally, your artwork should be ready to print.

Depending on what you need to be printed, we may be able to work with other non-vector file types, such as PSD, JPG, PNG, etc., if they have been properly created. Our Image Experts will assist you with what’s needed to provide you with the best quality print.

If we need to alter the files to make them printable or redraw them, there will be an additional charge.

While some tools are convenient for designing online, they don’t always produce files with the resolution needed for high-quality printing. These files are often low-resolution and may contain visual artifacts that aren’t noticeable on social media or in small digital formats. However, when scaled up for items like T-shirts, banners, or signage, these imperfections become highly visible.

To achieve the best results, we recommend having your design recreated in a high-resolution format suitable for printing. This ensures your final product looks professional and crisp, even at larger sizes. If you are unsure if your file will work or not, please speak with one of our Image Experts.

A vector file is a type of digital image that uses mathematical formulas to create shapes, lines, and colors. Unlike raster images, which are made up of pixels, vector images are composed of paths defined by points, lines, and curves. Because these paths are based on mathematical equations, vector images can be scaled to any size without losing quality or becoming pixelated. The most common vector file formats are .AI, .EPS, .SVG., and PDF.

Vector files are ideal for logos, illustrations, and designs that need to be resized frequently or used in various formats, and is our preference for signage, embroidery, engraving and product artwork.

Raster images, also known as bitmap images, are digital images created from a grid of tiny pixels. Each pixel contains color information, and together, these pixels form the complete image. Raster images are best suited for photographs and complex color details, as they can capture subtle gradients and intricate details. Common raster image formats include JPEG (.JPG), PNG, BMP, GIF, and TIFF (.TIF). These formats vary in their compression methods and quality, making them suitable for different uses. For example, JPEG is often used for web photos due to its balance between quality and file size, while PNG is favored for images requiring transparency.

For our applications and production, vector graphics are the best file format to ensure the best outcome for the client.

The timeline for your order varies depending on its specifics and type. Each order is custom-made, so several factors can influence timing. Our typical turnaround time is 5 to 10 business days from final artwork approval and payment. Some items have longer transit times to get to our centers that will add to the overall production time.

To get a precise estimate, please contact the center handling your order so we can discuss the details. We recommend allowing extra time to ensure the best possible service!
